CONCEPT

Inspired by nature, R. Buckminster Fuller developed the idea of tensegrity—structures where rigid elements are stabilised by a continuous network of flexible connections. Applying this concept, we designed a structure of three pillars linked by tensioned cables, creating a stable and efficient system.

STRUCTURE

The rescue station is a modular structure assembled on-site, featuring three bamboo pillars arranged in a triangular form with a covered workspace, hammocks, and integrated storage for rescue equipment. Lightweight and adaptable, it uses rope anchorages and stretch fabric elements, allowing installation on various terrains while ensuring stability through a staged assembly process.
